Job Summary

The Clinical Liaison owns the relationship management, as well as oversight and coordination, of all activities related to assigned Physician practices utilizing the Spire Remote Patient Monitoring System (RPM). 

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with Physicians and site staff utilizing Spire Remote Patient Monitoring System (RPM); 

  • Function as main point of contact for RPM physicians and site staff

  • Provide initial RPM patient onboarding and Healthcare Professional Dashboard (HPD) training and orientation 

  • Provide ongoing support for patient onboarding, as well as use of HPD and understanding of alert notifications

  • Provide monthly billing reports to sites to ensure accurate billing to Medicare and insurance providers

  • Manage site RPM inventory, ensuring sufficient device and related supplies are available on site 

  • Monitor patient onboarding, proactively identifying obstacles and addressing any site concerns and retraining needs

  • Assist with updates to forecasting of patient onboarding for assigned sites

  • Liaise with Spire Operational team to ensure accurate forecasting for internal inventory


  • Licensed Respiratory Therapist

    • Graduate of an accredited program for respiratory therapy is required

    • Registration or certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC); 

    • Hold a current RCP license in the state of practice (or states that the location covers) if that state requires an RCP license to allow the practice of respiratory therapy

    • Hold all applicable licensure in good standing for all states of practice

  • Experience within Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Industry preferred

  • Experience training on software, App and web portals preferred

  • Strong relationship building, management, organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Problem solving ability, ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently

  • Must have reliable transportation, possess a valid and current driver's license and auto insurance per Spire policy

  • Willing and able to travel approximately 50% (domestic travel)
